I have had bad experiences of “ inexperience roofers” knocking and telling me my roof needed urgent repairs so I nearly didn’t respond to a card through my door. However from the swift reply to my query to the person who called and wondered whether my ‘ leak’ might in fact be condensation, the photos of exactly what was wrong and then a detailed job description including checking the rest of the roof and leaving the site orderly and tidy, to the completion of the job, I have been extremely satisfied. Heavy rainfall gave it a good testing. I shall use this firm again.

Very positive experience. Terence oversaw the whole process, while Keith outlined in detail every piece of the work that needed doing, with respect to the rows of tiles which had come out of alignment on our pitched roof, photographing both before and after. Keith also took the time to deal and fix some other issues he found on the roof in and around the chimney breast, which could have caused problems further down the line. We would not hesitate to use Keith and Terence again.
