Erecting of new fencing
Gave Neil £3,200 to erect brand new fencing around our back garden, and down one side of our front garden. Once the full amount was paid he never came back. Fence posts are smaller than the standard 4x4” posts, with very little in the ground. Two months later and two posts have already fallen down. The panels are also cheap and bent, with all different heights, with between one and two feet of the posts sitting above each panel as if Neil had been planning on coming back and cutting these off? Any message I send either gets no response or a ‘lol’.

Investigation of electrical failure in kitchen
Really lovely people, courteous and friendly. Have done a temporary fix for the problem as we called them last minute and it is Friday!! Coming back next week to finish to the work. At last we have an electrician who comes out when they say they will!!

Power Supply to Garage
Neil came out to quote, he was exceptional throughout the process from quoting, setting a date and doing the work. His quote was very competitive and his work was beyond my expectations. He was in no rush and took time to make sure the location of the supply and switches were exactly where I wanted it. The wiring was done neatly and he cleaned up when he finished. He informed me that I should test the supply every six months by using the test button on the main box in the garage. His workmanship is immaculate and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him!
