  Honest & reliable Builder

  I have had Neville over to do a few building jobs in the last couple of years had him do an extension, my driveway and bathroom & kitchen fitted. I couldn’t recommend Neville enough as he was very polite, professional and a stickler for detail, always spoke to me if there was anything untoward or unobtainable to do but came up with solutions. Very hard working and prompt on time. Would definitely recommend.

  Replacement doors and window units

  Replaced double glazed doors and window units. Nev did a fantastic job and our old tired utility room looks like a new room. He was very tidy and kept disruption to a minimum also a lot cheaper than the other two quotes we had. We have used Nev’s services in the past and wouldn’t hesitate in using him again in the future.

  demolish old structure and build new Conservatory and Office, remove old kitchen and replace new.

  Having used NSS before we decided to engage For our construction. As hoped Neville provided a first class service with minimum disruption even though this was a fair size project . From planning to completion the whole project from demolition to completion took 5 weeks. We are so pleased with the finished project and the quality of workmanship. Neville is a most proficient and skilled builder who was most helpful in offering advice throughout to achieve a magnificent end goal!! Highly recommended.

  Bathroom conversion and construct additional toilet

  From planning to completion Neville was exemplary in his endeavours to achieve the highest standard of build. Neville and Michael were punctual, polite and courteous throughout. Although the work resulted in some unforeseen challenges, these were carried out without issue or inconvenience. All work undertaken was professional and finished to the highest of level with daily cleanup and end of job clean and clear as part of the service

  Annex and Side Extension

  Nev and team completed our mammoth project of a self contained annex in the back garden to a high standard and with great knowledge. The constant change of plans whether from us or building control, the flooring that was meant to click together but didn't, the fencing that wasn't meant to be done but was and the foundations that had to be changed at last minute. All this done with a big smile on his face and what seemed like ease! Then came the demolition of a garage and erection of a side extension. All works done to an exceptionally high standard. We are already planning the next project.

  Gable end cladding

  Nev came for original estimate turned up as agreed. Very competitive in price. Explained work they would be doing colour of cladding discussed and we were kept informed if any issues arose during the work..overall would have bo hesitation in recommending them.
