Quick efficient service - Provided an easy way to book in a survey and delivered a structural report 7 days after the site visit.

Efficient service, good communication throughout

We used NTACO for the structural design of our rear extension, and the service was excellent. They were quick to respond, very thorough in their assessment, and provided clear, detailed drawings that made the building process so much smoother.

We booked a Level 3 Survey with NTACO on April 16. It wasn’t completed as agreed, Though we asked for a replacement, NTACO reassigned the same person covertly. Despite us paying in full, the eventual report, delivered late, was not a RICS Level 3 Survey but a summary of minor cracks, recommending filler. After inadequate resolution NTACO offered a full refund on May 21 but still hasn’t paid it or given a date we can expect the payment.
