This company gave me a high telephone quote of £250 as they did not know how long the job would take. In the end a new unit was fitted in 40 minutes. New unit cost £54 so labour was £196 for 40 minutes work!!! I asked for a £100 refund but was ignored. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Nice curious and would recommend

My usual plumber was unable to help soon, so put me in touch with Nick. I found Nick to be very personable, and honest. He was very upfront with the fact that he was unable to price the job before starting as he really didn't know what would be involved, though he did give me an upper estimate. The job itself was something of a nightmare as the leaking pipe was not easily accessible, but Nick managed to complete the work, keeping me updated as he went, whilst still keeping his friendly manner.

Nick was great, on time helpful and did a great job I would highly recommended

Nick was punctual, polite he completed the work and kept me informed of how much the work would cost, very reasonably priced, I will definitely recommend Nick and won’t hesitate to contact him again for further work
