One storey rear extension and renovation
We hired Nuanyang for our one storey rear extension (including a new bathroom and kitchen) in 2022, and were very happy with his work so hired him for our upstairs renovation this year, which was just finished. His quote was very reasonable amongst all quotes we received. He and his team worked hard as well, sometimes would work beyond working hours trying to sort things out for us. The work itself was done at a good standard, one year after the extension was finished and we didn’t note any problems. The communication was great, too that he always picks up/returns call. Remove carpet and wall paper, install electric sockets, wooden flooring, new kitchen and bathroom, repair the roof etc.
The works was excellent organized with perfect workmanship. The builder can provide his professional suggestion to make the work perfect.
