    Poor electrical workmanship, took 11 weeks post completion to receive half the certifications, Minor Works Electrical Certification is now being refused by Nu Look. We have contacted Nu Look on several occasions asking for the pending certification with Nu Look refusing to issue for work they completed. We are in contact with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards regarding this matter but have not had a resolution to this so far.

    From initial consultation, questions were answered, explained how roof would be done. Salesman left us to decide whether we would go ahead or not. The fitting team, plasterer and electrician were all prompt, courteous and friendly. They all worked hard, arrived on time and left my property clean. I would certainly recommend Nu-Look. Also thankyou to office staff who kept in touch. A brilliant Job.

    The fitting team arrived on time on the date scheduled for the work to begin. The two fitters worked non stop as a team. No tea or meal breaks were taken. All the other people involved eg. Plasterer and electrician all arrived on time. We must also mention the salesman who was NOT a pressure salesman. He measured up gave us a price answered our questions and left. Leaving it up to us if we wanted to have a new roof fitted.

Nu-Look Conservatory Roof Solutions is family run business that has been trading since 2013, and has installed over 2000 replacement conservatory roofs.


We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship, our customer service, and our final product.


We replace your old polycarbonate or glass conservatory roof with a light weight solid slate effect or tile effect roof, which completely transforms the look and feel of your conservatory.


If your conservatory is too hot in the summer and too cool in the winter, this is due to your conservatory roof allowing the heat in in the summer and in the winter, heat is not retained within your conservatory. With a solid roof conservatory roof, you are able to use it all year round.


With a Nu-Look solid conservatory roof we will completely remove your old conservatory roof and build a bespoke timber roof, we install two layers of insulation within the roof and then fit an insulated plasterboard which is then skimmed, the roof tiles or slate come in a range of colours to help match your existing hose roof, we also fit spotlights into your new roof or your own lighting. We can also fit Velux windows in your new roof and if your panels and doors have seen better days these can also be replaced for you.
