Aftercare a strict taboo !
Work at NU-LOOK is by contractors in our case (£20k windows and new roof) we have suffered cracks to the plastering 6 months in which NU-LOOK claim is settlement (they haven't visited) and is according to them "normal" post installation. The catch their "insurance-backed guarantee" doesn't cover cracks to plastering however they will provide an experienced engineer to fix for £300. The management team seem steadfast in quoting their T&C’s, they will only remedy on a chargeable basis and take no responsibility post installation. Very poor so beware, i'm just quoting me experience !Verified reviewerJob location: RG710 Conservatory Roof Conversions

Lovely workers, great job all round, Thank you.
From the moment I met the salesperson, I was really impressed and within 3 weeks of booking them, the roof is completely finished, plastered and ready for use. Everyone that came to our home were polite and timely leaving it in a better state than it was when they arrived , they were so tidy Just brilliant!Job location: NN110 Tiled Conservatory Roof Installation

Conservatory Roof Conversion
I cannot praise the tradesmen at this company enough. From the roofing team to the electrician and the plasterer; they all worked as if it was their own property. The care, attention to detail and finished product are incredible. I couldn't be more pleased. They problem solved to meet the bespoke requirements of my property and the quality of finish is absolutely incredible. I am so pleased and couldn't recommend this company enough. You may get slightly cheaper quotes but you won't get better value for money.Verified reviewerJob location: CV2310 Tiled Conservatory Roof Installation

Why Nu-Look Conservatory Roof Solutions?
Nu-Look Conservatory Roof Solutions is family run business that has been trading since 2013, and has installed over 2000 replacement conservatory roofs.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship, our customer service, and our final product.
We replace your old polycarbonate or glass conservatory roof with a light weight solid slate effect or tile effect roof, which completely transforms the look and feel of your conservatory.
If your conservatory is too hot in the summer and too cool in the winter, this is due to your conservatory roof allowing the heat in in the summer and in the winter, heat is not retained within your conservatory. With a solid roof conservatory roof, you are able to use it all year round.
With a Nu-Look solid conservatory roof we will completely remove your old conservatory roof and build a bespoke timber roof, we install two layers of insulation within the roof and then fit an insulated plasterboard which is then skimmed, the roof tiles or slate come in a range of colours to help match your existing hose roof, we also fit spotlights into your new roof or your own lighting. We can also fit Velux windows in your new roof and if your panels and doors have seen better days these can also be replaced for you.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange a no obligation site survey, to turn your conservatory into a room you can use all year round.
