Made an appointment 2 months ago and they emailed 20mins before it to say they didn’t have an address. I replied and tried to call (number wouldn’t connect) and when I finally got through they say I had to rebook. It took me months to get that appointment and apparently it was my fault despite them only realising on the day they didn’t have an address.

We emailed the customer 8th July asking for her address and advising we had made a provisional booking for 9am. This appointment was made two months ahead, as the customer requested it be after the summer holidays. We emailed the customer at 9am on the morning of the appointment, unfortunately she did not respond until 9.30 and the engineer had to make the decision to leave and attend an emergency call out. We could have rebooked for later the same week, but were not given the opportunity.
