Tom and his colleague did an amazing job installing our new wooden flooring. We needed it done urgently, and they delivered outstanding quality while being incredibly accommodating. Trop exceeded our expectations, and he even went above and beyond by helping with a few extra things, like repairing a broken skirting board and taking away some waste. Communication was excellent throughout the whole project, and Tom was always professional, reliable, and easy to deal with. We’ve already booked him for another project to refurbish our original wooden floors. We trust him 100%!!!

Tom did a great job repairing our Victorian wooden floorboards. It wasn't a huge job but he took time to do it. Tom was professional, polite, understood our requirements and delivered the work as requested. Tom also did some extras where he identified repairs were needed. Communication was excellent throughout, he was very tidy and diligent. The cost was also very reasonable. I wouldn't heditate to hire NW3 again and indeed have already recommended Tom and his colleagues to friends.

Highly recommended. They went above and beyond to get the panelling just right on the walls fitting around mirrors, TV and pictures. Likewise with the wooden flooring, they were flexible to work with materials I had chosen, and made great recommendations for the positioning and finishing. Extremely happy with the outcome. It was a pleasure working with NW3 Parquet.

Tom was amazing. Our original review was much longer, but character limits forced us to shorten it - we just want everyone to know how incredible he is! Of all the quotes we got, Tom stood out instantly, noticing little details others missed. He masterfully handled the tough quirks of our Victorian home, laying engineered wood floors + skirtings with immaculate precision, working as if it were his own home. He had the best customer service ever, even bringing us freshly home-baked sourdough on his last day! Professional, personable, and highly recommended.

Tom and the guys at NW3 did a fantastic job of restoring our original, wooden flooring to an amazing condition. The quality work they carried out is great and at a very good price. Tom was very friendly, open and honest throughout and reliably turned up to complete the work as agreed. Would be happy to recommend!

Tom is so knowledgeable on flooring, and has done such an excellent job. He came over to give us a quote, then was quick to fix a time for thInitially, we had hoped we could put the flooring over some existing slate in the kitchen, it once we cleared the room, it became apparent they were not stable enough. Tom removed the slate, gave us a very fair requite, got rid of the slate and swiftly continued the job. We had a large living room and kitchen completed in 4 days. He even brought my partner some champagne as they had to work on his birthday. He’s excellent at his job and a really nice guy.
