From the outset it was clear that Nick is a highly experienced builder and consummate professional with an eye for detail. Throughout the process he gave helpful design recommendations to maximise our space and had all of the resources and capabilities needed to undertake the project. Both jobs were complex and required careful coordination of trades, but Nick ensured that every aspect was discussed and agreed with us before proceeding. The project was finished to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. We are delighted with the results and highly recommend.

We had a new extension built, new kitchen, bathroom, utility room and much of the house refigured and renovated with underfloor heating. They were recommended by friends and price was competitive. We are extremely pleased with the result. So much so they are now renovating two more bathrooms as well. He knew better than my architects who missed some structural issues and saved me some major problems. No quibbles and flexible after we made changes and didn’t take advantage to charge extra. Workmanship and build quality was very good, and timekeeping was generally good. Happily recommend them.

I hired NW Homes following a recommendation, to build a 3 bedroom house after demolishing existing house -leaving just one wall . Nick designed the interior layout to suit my requirements - Steelworks, roof dome, kitchen bathrooms, electrics, plumbing and decorating. All went smoothly and all the trades were great. Job was completed within estimated timescale with no unexpected extras. Would highly recommend Nick and the team for any building needs.

N W Homes ( Nick Defina and His Team) have literally transformed my en suite bathroom. Seeing my bathroom after he dismantled it and seeing the finished job. Amazing. You see, my bathroom had not been altered in any way since it was built in 1970, it therefore needed a change. Nick, started on time, completed the job on budget, did as I had instructed and tidied up after him. To say that I am pleased with the outcome – well yes and I would use him again and again.

Nick and his team were absolutely fantastic and all very professional. Nick has a wealth of knowledge and a great eye for detail which enabled a high quality finish on the build. Nothing was ever too much trouble to Nick and he never seemed stressed even when things didn’t always go to plan. I would highly recommend his building services to anyone.
