Failed Roof, Failed Warranty, Legal Action Pending Avoid NWK (Abdelinassar SWIDAAN and son Ibrahim). They installed a new roof that leaked within three months due to improper lead work (missing expansion joints). They are now refusing to carry out a repair. If you want a builder who honors their warranty and follows basic trade regulations, do not hire this company. Misleading / ongoing court process
===== MISLEADING BUILDER - AVOID ======== Ongoing court proceedings with NWK. The builder is liable for: -Remedying the poor workmanship that they acknowledged. -Damages for the additional costs I incurred to complete the agreed scope of work after NWK abandoned the site. Abdelinassar SWIDAAN / NWK confirmed in writing (email and text) that he would return to complete the work upon receipt of payment of an interim invoice issued, but failed to do so after I paid. New drive way and landscape. New patio and new gutter.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. I appreciated the advise I got from them. The work done within the time line and the budget. I recommend NWK because of the quality of the work.
