Towel rail radiator supplied and fitted
I wanted a quote to have a radiator replaced and fitted, Tom came out, looked and gave me a price and Laura got in touch with a date and time to be fitted. Tom is friendly and professional and did a great job, I will be using him again.Verified reviewerJob location: WV210 Radiator Installation

Leak and blockage
We had an emergency leak a few nights ago and spent a few days bouncing around with the insurance company not getting anywhere whilst having to stay out of the house due to no water and no electrics. After being provided with an extortionate quote to unblock a pipe by the insurance traders we contacted NXGN. Laura that dealt with the booking was amazing, very approachable and laid out clearly what they would be able to do and at what cost. Tom the plumber already had a busy schedule but they both made time to fit us in, Tom came out the next day and within an hour had it all sorted, blockage removed and no more leak…at a fraction of the cost we were quoted from the insurance company. It’s so hard to find a reputable trader these days but so glad we came across you guys, definitely our go to’s in the future! Thank you!Verified reviewerJob location: WV3RAimee L7.33 Power Flushing

Excellent service
I found Tom for someone I was trying to help, a Mr. Singh, who needed his system flushed out as two of his radiators were struggling to heat up. I went to Mr. Singh's house to meet Tom and found him very knowledgeable, helpful, and good at his work. I checked with Mr. Singh afterwards, and he said his radiators are all warming up now, so a heartfelt thank you to Tom. I would highly recommend him for anything to do with plumbing; the only small thing I would say is that perhaps his prices could be a bit lower, especially nowadays with the high cost of living. Many thanks.Verified reviewerJob location: WV310 Water Pumps Installation
