He advised me about the damp on the ceiling that troubled me for a long time. Turned out it was a serious issue. We solved it before he started his work. Kept his workstation tidy and treated my stuff with care during the whole process. Clinical, professional and very polite. Very happy with the finishing, specially the work he did with my old windows. Made them look newer. Will call him again for my other properties.
