  Luke and the Oakden Treecare team are excellent at what they do, professional, pleasant to have around, efficient, cleared up the not inconsiderable amount of waste from taking down 2 very dangerous trees, adjacent to near properties. We had really anxious somebody could have been injured or property damaged whilst we had waited to obtain the various permissions needed, as both had been TPO’d by the local authority. Luke guided us through the minefield of admin and permissions needed, something we are truly grateful for also. We would not hesitate to recommend Oakden Treecare.

• Tree Pruning

  The team pruned three large oak trees, following permission from the District Council as there are TPOs in place. The team worked hard over three days, always professionally, cheerfully and with safety uppermost.

  Luke and his team did an excellent job reducing the oak tree leaving it in a very nice shape. They were also fast and efficient in cutting the Hornbeam hedge. Which also looks very smart now. I thoroughly recommend them,and will certainly be using them again.

  Second job Luke and the team have completed for us, as before, timely, professional, clean, tidy and fair price. Leave the garden in good order after each day 3/4 days work and no damage or mess at end of job. Highly recommend.

  Luke returned our call promptly and at the initial visit clearly explained the necessary work and provided a clear quotation. The weather was not as expected and some days rearranged, we were kept fully informed. The team arrived promptly each day and we were impressed with their professionalism and enthusiasm for the work. They took great care to preserve and protect the established planting, we did next expect some 'casualties' but these were minimal, each day the work area was left tidy and the quotation included removal of waste. Highly recommended, excellent values and work ethic.

• We had some trees cut down and some pollarded. They sorted out many years of neglect.
