    I asked 6 contractors to quote for the work. Frank filled me with confidence when he came to survey the job, he was able to picture what I was trying to achieve & was realistic about the timescale, cost and clearly explained the process. Drainage and depth of the base material were discussed, a couple of the other contractors told us they weren't required! Quotes ranged from "smash it out in three days mate" to Franks realistic six day turnaround with a fantastic result! Oaklands took our ideas and gave us an amazing Instagram-able space. Having Frank & Tom work in our garden was a pleasure

    Frank led a courteous team who worked diligently despite weather conditions. The patio laying (about 60 sq metres) has been first class, and once the general layout of the remainder of the garden was agreed, they cracked on and we always felt they were self sufficient and focused. Really pleased with the result, but also the approach. Oakland were flexible, communicated well once on site, were considerate of our two dogs, and left the place very tidy - no mean feat, given the appalling rain and wet mud! Would certainly recommend them.

    We were absolutely delighted with the work done. Frank and his team were pleasant and efficient despite the awful weather and the end result exceeded our expectations. All rubbish was removed and site left clean and tidy. Apart from a little finishing off due to rain, the job was completed in two days. It all looks lovely.

    Really pleased with recent work done by Frank and his team, which involved removing a rotting log retaining wall and replacing it with a brick wall, often working in difficult weather conditions. Really neat and professional job, with good communication throughout, and a competitive price. Have asked them to quote for other jobs we need doing.

    We hired Frank and his team at Oaklands landscapes to build a retaining wall and a couple of steps and relay some artificial grass. Frank built the garden exactly how I wanted it with minimal disruption and they were very tidy and did a great job . I would highly recommend oaklands landscapes.They worked it all weathers to get the job done.
