Conversion of a garage into a home office

The communication with Dean was excellent as was the quality of the work carried out. Job done to schedule and to the agreed costs. No hesitation in recommending Dean and the team and he is top of the list for any further building work I may need in the future.

  Brilliant Builders

Professional, reliable & exceptional quality of work. We used Dean for our garage conversion & are so glad we did. From start to finish, Dean kept us fully informed about when he & his team would be arriving, what stage the work was at & what they were doing each day, which made the whole process feel smooth & stress-free. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional. Everything was completed to a high standard & the finished result is exactly what we wanted. We also appreciated how considerate the team were making sure they cleaned up after themselves every day. Would definitely recommend!

  Excellent service

Excellent service. Dean is exceptional in his knowledge and carried out my porch and steps with perfection. Came when he said he was going to and works were carried out to schedule he provided. Very reasonably priced with no hidden extras. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending and he will be my go to guy for future building works.

Basement conversion and kitchen refurb - the best work we’ve had done by the best company we’ve used

We recently had a basement conversion and kitchen refurbishment that included taking a wall out. Oakley Builders did all the structural work and project managed the rest of the work. From the start we liked Dean. His communication was excellent, him and his team are all personable, trustworthy and really hard working. All the other tradespeople Dean uses were also brilliant, which made the whole experience a really positive one. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, all the work has been to a really high standard. I would 100% use Oakley Builders again and definitely recommend them.

  House Renovations

Dean and his team are amazing, with a high standard and great communication. The team removed an load bearing arch, chimney breast in 2 rooms making my kitchen and dinning room into one big room. At the same time they replastered the lounge. I am looking forward to starting the next stage of the project with Dean to finish the downstairs of the house. if you are looking for brilliant builders who you can put total trust in Oakley Builders are them
