Oakley Improvements recently carried out some roof repairs for us including replacing ridge tiles and re-felting to part of the roof. The works were explained very well and carried out quickly and on time. All credit must be given to James and the team for working so hard in such extreme heat. Given the conditions, it would have been fine to postpone to more suitable conditions but they persevered, for which we are really grateful. In fact the whole process from initial phone call to completion was very quick. Our thanks for their hard work.

Two of our rented properties in Haywards Heath, West Sussex required reroofing. Built over 50 years ago both tiled roofs were in a poor state of repair with both rain ingress and animal damage. Oakley Improvements responded within a few hours of our request for a quote, supplying a detailed and coated quotation for both properties within a couple of days. We accepted. The work was carried out with the minimum of delay and took only a few days for completion. We were happy with the process and our tenants equally pleased with the rapid execution of the work.

We contacted Oakley Improvements to fix a slipped tile on our roof, and they advised us that a recent contractor who had insulated the roof had destroyed the felt and that we would need a new roof and tiles. We asked if they could do the job for us, and they pulled out all the stops to get it done as soon as possible. The job was completed in 1 day, and we were so pleased with the results, fantastic team of workers and management.

Firstly, a surveyor came out who examined and photographed various feature and faults with the house. He ggave suggestions about how to deal with a couple of them. He was helpful. The quotation for the extraction arrived the next day. The price was lower than some we received. We agreed a date. The team arrived as expected. They reminded me it was going to be noisey and dusty and took me through the process. The pair worked solidly. It was hard work. The were friendly and communicated clearly. By the end of the day the job was completed they had swept up removed the debris

Originally guttering replacement and fixing to lower part of roof tiles but roof felt was old and brittle and needed replacement. The team replaced the roof very promptly and efficiently - completed in two days. Everything left clean and tidy
