Prompt, efficient and friendly service

Allan was very helpful and polite, always punctual and did an excellent job.

Did a fantastic job and showed up regularly like clockwork to check on progress. Very courteous and polite in his manner whilst at the same time adhering to Covid guidelines in the best possible way. Went above and beyond expectations with a few additional visits to ensure the problem is taken care of and even provided really good advice on how to stop it re-occurring.

I called Oakley pest control when I heard scratching in my attic and within a couple hours they were at my house and providing solutions. As an extremely squeamish person (and admittedly a bit afraid of rats etc) I was a little distressed but I was immediately put at ease when Oakley pest control arrived. Allan is extremely friendly and is always kind and courteous whenever checking traps etc. Highly recommend Oakley pest control for a professional and friendly service and definitely not too pricey as well!
