Oaks Electricial fitted two plug sockets (alongside fault finding). Sockets are fine however, they did not fill in chases in the wall. I said as soon as they finished whether they would fill it and they said it was the customers responsibility - but that didn’t feel right to me. Another electrician that quoted me said they would plaster / fill holes, so I complained to Oaks Electricial after paying invoice but they didn’t reply. Since then a friend has had electrical sockets put in by another electrician with all holes filled - and so I’ve come to realise that Oaks Electricial did a half job…!

Our quotation clearly stated that plastering, making good, and filling chases were not included in the scope of works. We carried out the electrical work in accordance with the quotation you accepted.
It is disappointing to receive this review 18 months after the work was completed, particularly when this issue relates to services that were never included.
You have requested privately that we provide a plasterer free of charge in return for removing this negative review. This is not something we are prepared to agree to.
