New Garden Room
The work generally was very good, however there is an issue since build with the velux roof window and some cracking in the plaster. I have phoned, sent texts, emailed and zero response. The work done was good in the main the after service and warranty work is none existent. No reply, No warranty on the window even from the manufacturer. Nothing. Removal of trees, levelling garden, new patio, new turf and area of fake grass
Complete transformation of garden and patio and the end result is stunning. Way better than I had imagined. Matt took on all my ideas and executed it all perfectly. Literally from the first visit to quote, through to completion Matt was brilliant. It is rare to find someone who makes so much effort to go the extra mile and make sure you are completely happy with the job. Having dealt with so many different trades during house refurb recently it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Oakstone. Garden room
We were in desperate need of a space for our home office but were reluctant to go through with the time, mess and expense of an extension to our property. Instead, we asked Oakstons to install a 6m x 4m garden room in a space of land that was unused and pretty neglected. For a fraction of the cost and upheaval of an extension, we now have a beautiful focal point in our garden and have got the space we need to run our home business. The Oakston team worked tirelessly to get the project done on time and to an exceptionally high standard. We could not recommend them enough. We had spent ages trying to find a company to do this work and had nearly given up. My wife found Oakston by chance so we decided to have one last go at getting a quote. So glad we did. Ross provided an accurate quote that was stuck to 100%, and any additional work we asked for was priced in. Oakston offered a perfect solution that is really cost effective, and does not compromise quality. They turn up on time... work all day.... tidy up really well.... .do a great job and are very polite.
