Requested my flat roof to be replaced due to water leaks through my ceiling. A quote was provided same day which included a 20 year guarantee. Work to start following day. Once 'completed' payment was done in good faith. However following a few days I had realised that the water from the rain was still seeping into my ceiling and now in a new area. Instead of fixing the problem they've made it worse. This damage ensued will now cost me more. I contacted the roofer who mentioned he would send his team within a day. He has been unresponsive since that call. Simply a dishonest roofer.

Great work, very professional and easy to deal with. Had some broken tiles repaired. Price was not bad at all
