  Kitchen/dining extension

  We had a house extension with OKPW a year ago, and we could not recommend them more! Konstantin and Oleg from the day one were very clear and patient on all the communication, they responded fast to our questions which was very reassuring and comforting when you about to spend money. The work started promptly on the day that we discussed, and there was not a day that they were not there doing something, always on time! Therefore we had everything finished without delay which we never thought would happen. The builders on the site were always very polite and tidied up after themselves. Amazing

  House repair

  We were extremely pleased with the job provided by O&K Property Works. They carried out refurbishment and general updates in our house. The team was highly professional and paid close attention to detail. They were exceptionally skilled in the services they provided, so whenever we had questions or concerns, they addressed them in a professional manner. It's worth mentioning that the O&K team was incredibly flexible and willing to accommodate changes in our requests.   Loft Conversions

  Loft extension including bathrooms

  Excellent workmanship, work carried out to a high standard. Competitive and fair pricing. Polite and friendly team, pleasant to deal with and to have in the house. Thoughtful about solutions to challenges and worked well with our architect. Offered and delivered practical improvements to the build. Very respectful and responsive to any neighbour issues. We would 100% use them again.

  Extension / Side Return

  Oleg and Konstantin built a new kitchen/side return for us, on time and on budget. We were extremely impressed by their professionalism throughout and the quality of workmanship and attention to detail was very high. I would recommend them in an instant to anyone else.
