  A company you can trust

Highly recommend Oastview Builders. Trustworthy, honest, very reasonable. As a solo woman, it took me 18 months to find someone to help me with the minor damp issues in my house, who wasnt trying to upsell me expensive work I didn't really need for an old, old house. Steve has been so helpful and I felt very reassured by his advice, help and work. Will definitely be calling after him again for other jobs

  Simply the best you’ll find!

Steve wowed us in our 1850’s heritage property, removing lathe and plaster walls to add insulation then new walls. He organised literally everything, also providing support around the design and enlisting help from a structural engineer alongside a plumber. You won’t find a nicer character to have in your home! Steve is exceptional, with a broad skillset and the contacts to provide the best of any trade he can’t turn his hand to. This project was challenging with additional ‘extras’, Steve took it all in with a smile and surpassed any reasonable expectation. Next job waiting for him very soon!

  Extensions / Conversions

Conservatory conversion into a full build extension, and other general building works.

Study redecoration, and conservatory conversion into a full extension with integration into dining room and kitchen. Building control oversight and certification included. The work was done to a high standard and with minimal input required from me - Steve and team just got on with it. Inevitable challenges and problems for a job of this size were dealt with efficiently and capably. I'm very happy with the result, and have no hesitation in making a 100% recommendation.

  Renovation of terraces

The work was carried out efficiently and to time. The tradesmen on site were ultra-helpful and pleasant. Oastview have been used before by us and we would happily recommend them based on the professional and helpful approach to all the jobs we have experienced them carrying out.

  Replaced Soffits and Guttering

Steve replaced our soffits and guttering. The work was completed to a very high standard of workmanship and materials with an excellent end result. The site was clean and tidy at the end of each day. We would use Oastview again and recommend them to family and friends.

  Wonderful new kitchen

A massive thank you to Steve and the team. I just love my new kitchen, from floor to ceiling . An issue with the supplier sending the wrong I Oven, but Steve sorted it out immediately and went and collected it . The suggestion from Steve to change the door so it opens into the hall has made such a difference the kitchen seems so much bigger and makes working in there so much easier. The team were friendly ,got on with the work in a clean and tidy manner.
