Booked was for 11 am, 02/03/2023. I was running late, the customer was sent a message informing them that I was running late by text. Parking location away from her building, about a five-minute walk to her apartment, of which I will have no sight of my vehicle non will I be able to hear the alarm if goes on. The customer was informed of the charge of £85.00 before my visit. The job, the customer says her fridge freezer was making a load noise. On my arrival there was no noise from the fridge freezer, but the power was on. (Refrigeration cycle in the off position) I turn the fridge freezer power off, open the doors, clear out the freezer to increase the internal temperature. I then check the physical installation the appliance. Which was 100% perfectly done. The fridge freezer is only two years old. I turn the fridge Freezer back on. I waited for it to go through the first cooling cycle, the noise level is normal. There was nothing wrong with the fridge freezer. The problem is the fact, that she has an open-plan apartment with a fridge freezer in the same room.
