Jake was very polite and helpful but sadly his efforts at decorating were pitiful! After payment we agreed that I would rectify the numerous faults ( purely due to Jake’s perception of satisfactory standards) on the understanding that Jake would supply me with some paint to complete. Sadly Jake decided to ignore me after and I didn’t receive any paint .

Jake carried out remedial mortaring around my window to resolve a leak, and the work was completed to a high standard with clear attention to detail.
