I was surprised to get a quote when I didn't feel I'd explained the job fully. Follow up emails weren't responded to, to confirm. The Lead Builder who was meant to call didn't. The arranged appointment was cancelled due to a broken down van. No one turned up for the rearranged appointment and no communication was received to let me know. I had explained that this was an urgent job. As a result of the experience I've had to put another job back.

Excellent customers service and caring about my belongs. Good job at an affordable price. Well done.
