Booked an appointment to assess why the hot water was intermittent. The company couldn't remember the date of the appointment and sent me a text with the wrong date. When the engineer finally turned up, he said a part was required and that it would be ordered. Never heard from them again. Totally disorganised and unreliable.

A reminder text was sent to the customer to let them know that an engineer would be coming as agreed prior. When the engineer attended, he found that the Boiler the customer had was not a Consumer Boiler and should consult the Manufacture. The customer was informed parts are very unlikely to be available due to how old the Boiler was and because this make of boiler are notoriously difficult to repair. The engineer informed the customer which part was faulty and what to do next. Ockley did not charge for this appointment due to knowing what position the customer was left in with owning that make and model of Boiler. We are very disappointed from these comments made.
