Olly came to fit two new radiators in my flat - he was always great to communicate with and turned up on time did a great job and would use again

AVOID!!! If you are looking for a plumber you can rely on Ollie is not for you!!! We hired him for our extension as he was available at short notice. There were a couple issues along the way but all ok. However one of radiator valves had not worked properly since installation. After weeks of chasing Ollie he was completely unable to book me in to come and fix the issue. I could have easily found another plumber but as Ollie had installed it I wanted him to check it out incase there was a bigger issue with the installation. Despite me telling him I couldn't turn the radiator off at all, and as

Ollie drilled an outside hole for the water waste pipe, he had drilled it to the same level as the toilet waste pipe. Instead of recognising his mistake and rectifying it, he built the shower tray up to 16 inches in height like a stage, and said there was nothing else he could do. I asked if he would be putting a platform of stairs around it, but he said no, there were two lumps of wood that I would stand on, this was a health and safety issue. I had paid him £5000, and he was demanding more money. I want a full refund plus costs of damages not repaired. I have photos of his work.

Don't like leaving negative reviews but unfortunately Olly has left me no choice. Our experience went from bad to worse, and 6 months on from the job we don't have a functioning bathroom. This is despite paying full price for the job and repeated promises from Olly to return to resolve the issues, which he has not done and has meant employing someone else has been delayed and delayed as we expected him to follow through with his word. We are left with a bathroom that is poorly finished and a shower that does NOT work!!

Oliver, had arranged to fit our new radiators, at least a month ago, time and date had been arranged. (The rad. In the hall way does not work). He cancelled, 10 days before Christmas and told us today that he was not available now, until the New Year. My mother, 93 and is coming for Christmas, it’s freezing in here Brrrr! Nothing we can do now but it is totally unacceptable. We would have used a reliable professional, had we known. Beware
