OCT started well, saying and doing everything to make us feel comfortable in giving them the work for our patio. However, once we'd paid almost 13k for the work they would turn up on odd days giving excuses such as staff sickness, and bad weather. Eventually after some weeks they did not turn up at all leaving the work unfinished, ignoring phone calls and not returning emails. Work commenced in October through to December 2024.

From first meeting Charlie from OCT he was very professional and gave us confidence that they could deliver what we wanted with our new external wall. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT OCT DID! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ANY BRICKWORK COMPLETED! The quality of the work is second to none, we got updates at every stage and was included in any decisions made as the work progressed. The finished product is better than we could have asked for and OCT are now doing more work on the back of this.

Charlie spent time explaining the work giving me confidence it would be done well. The job was pulled in within a short time due to other works being reliant on this being complete. All courteous lads and very efficient. Charlie’s communication was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing set of lads! Work is fantastic, everyone is extremely professional. Charlie went above and beyond, even coming round to fit our schedule late at night. The work is brilliant kept on time and finished earlier that we expected will definitely be coming back for the rest of the work we need

Overall I was very impressed with how the project was handled. Charlie kept me informed from from start to finish and the work was done within the agreed timings. The team worked really hard and did a very professional job, ensuring that everything was finished, clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation recommending OCT and using them again for any building work.
