We had a great overall experience. We initially found the service on Google to help move my daughter from central London to rural Wales. We made several significant changes to the job during the lead up to the day, including adding extra furniture items and adding another person to assist the day before. All of this was happily accommodated. On the day pre-arrival comms were good - the guys arrived on time and were helpful and friendly. They loaded up and were on the road very efficiently. Unfortunately the tracker didn’t work but the guys gave an accurate ETA which they stuck to. Excellent!!
