  **Transformative Home Renovation conversion overhaul by an Exceptional Builder

  Took over an awful situation we’d been left in They built a stunning third bedroom and dressing room, rearranged another bedroom plastered painted all way through carpets new banisters updated electric transforming our space with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.   Matt and his team restored my faith in builders. I am delighted with the quality of the build, and attention to detail. Matt kept me updated with photos and messages of the next stages in the build. His team were onsite daily and very reliable. The discount he provides for NHS, emergency workers and military personnel is a bonus.

  Refurbishment to an old property

  I highly recommend Matt and his team, they did an amazing job on my recent project. As a first time buyer of an older house, it felt very overwhelming when I collected the keys but Matt made transforming my house into a home straightforward from start to finish.   Renovation and new build

  We approached Matt and his team through recommendation of a family friend. Our family business, public house in south London , had sustained fire damage, so we decided to renovate the pub and build 2 town houses at the rear of the property. Matts team located to London for the project period and dedicated themselves to us. We cannot thank UKES enough for there professionalism and 100% commitment to our project.. highly recommended and our go to builder however small or large the project may be.
