  Rear extension

  Asim is a pathological liar that doesn't know how to build property. The brand new curved roof he built for me in peckham was leaking almost straight away. All the brand new kitchens and flooring got flooded, he just tried to dry the whole place out but never fixed the leaking roof properly. The roof still leaks and things don't work properly. He didn't install the electrics well so kitchens and bathrooms had to be completely ripped out and rewired to get building control to pass the building. He is a crook and I ended up spending hundreds of thousands more than this project should have cost.

  One storey Extension, porch and outhouse

  6 feet extension work was completed and 3 month later the roof was leaking and they came round to patch it. 3 later another leak from the extension roof, contacted Asim and he ignored my call. I called several times and text him, no reply withheld my number he pick and said to send the photos of the leak and he will send someone to come over he never did and refused to pick any other call from myself or respond to my emails. I requested mediation, he did not respond to my email or letter. I informed him that I will be taking the case to Claims court still no response.

  Double story extension, loft dorma and internal refurb

  We are beyond satisfied with the professionalism and dedication by the entire team, especially Asim, who project managed every aspect and was on call for us even out of hours when we’d call multiple times on advice on finishes, fitting or technical aspects. Him and his team carried on working throughout COVID-19 pandemic and made sure we felt safe and that our work was completed on time even with the government delays which were out of control. The end product and quality is remarkable and we have already recommended them to our friends and family. 1000% recommend you book Ofar!! A+++

  Double story rear and side extension and dorma

  Our project manager Asim and his team were brilliant! They were on-schedule, extremely polite and most importantly... honest!!! Having been screwed over by another builder in the past, we were nervous going into such a large project but Asim personally went out of his way to keep us reassured, well informed and aware of challenges. His team started and delivered on time. They were very accommodating on the complexity of the build and the standard of work was better than expected! We will be recommending them to all our friends and family and have now found a trusted, reliable company.
