I did a lot of research before choosing a solar installer,I am pleased to say my time was very well spent. The team from Off - Grid North West installed a 4.3kw array with battery storage at my property and I could not be happier. Communications were clear and the initial fairly priced proposal was sent within 24 hrs. All my questions, and I had plenty, were answered clearly and patiently, followed by an on site survey. The install team were nothing short of fantastic; all were polite, respectful of my home, tidy, and speedy operatives. I have felt in safe hands at all times with Off-Grid NW.

From the onset everything was in hand, quoted for the install and backed it up with a full on site explanation and breakdown of the quote. Everything asked for was completed to a first class standard. Excellent reliable company that are always contactable and willing to help, advise or answer any questions. Install completed on schedule and with no dramas. Would highly recommend.

Great communication throughout from Chris and Mick, from quote to completion. They took care of all the necessary applications for the DNO etc. Work was carried out at the dates and times agreed with no disruptions and professionalism. Installation looks great and working well. After sales service, monitoring performance has been great. They are always available to answer any questions and help needed. Would not hesitate to recommend, and already have.

Mick and the team are so professional, reliable, knowledgeable and supportive. This is my first install with Off Grid North West having had a previous system by another company which I had endless problems with. Mick and the team worked really hard to ensure that I now have a fully reliable power system which is essential as I am completely off grid. They are always easy to contact and very responsive to any concerns or queries. I cant thank them enough for an amazing job. I have every confidence in the company and would definitely recommend Off Grid North West. Absolute stars!

Long delays in getting the batteries, through no fault of off-grid. In fact the updates and Comms were excellent. Work was completed and the guys were responsive when a hardware issue was found. They managed a replacement part with the manufacturer and came to fit it the day after it arrived.

Team arrived at the agreed date and time. They all worked seamlessly, even with me asking questions. All finished ahead of schedule. Time was taken by Chris to answer my questions and explained how it all worked. Great service
