Unfortunately, our experience was far from positive.
Our sun room was supposed to be completed within a day, it took over 2 weeks.
Some of it was out of their control due to the rain, however, they didn’t cover up the roof correctly which the rain poured into the house and ruined some of our flooring. It went into our electricity and we had none for 24 hours. They didn’t bother to measure the roof properly. They did not remove all the rubbish. I could go on…
The roofer Rhys was nice himself, potentially management is disorganised and poor.
Will definitely not recommend this company.

Unfortunately, during your project we encountered exceptionally severe weather conditions that were outside of anyone’s control. While delays caused by the storm were unavoidable, we understand how frustrating it was for the work to take longer than originally anticipated.
