I contacted Jonty at O&H Electrical and he was super helpful. They attended site the same day and rectified the issue we had with power to an extractor fan above the hob. It turned out to be an isolation switch which had been accidentally knocked and powered off. Jonty called me straight after the visit and said there would be no charge. I really appreciated the honesty! We are landlords in the Eastbourne area and will absolutely be using O&H Electrical in the future.

We have used this Company regularly for all electrical work in this large Victorian building. Josh Harris & his team of electricians are exceptionally professional and efficient. We have always found them very polite and pricing is competitive. We trust their competency and expertise and we are always grateful for their support in completing any job needing completion. Safety is paramount in their approach but a respect for our home is also evident in their work. They leave the site in excellent condition and always give feedback in language we can understand. I recently had an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) carried out at a commercial property and was very impressed with the service provided. Communication was prompt and professional from the outset, making it easy to arrange a convenient appointment around business operations. The inspection was thorough and carried out with great attention to detail. Everything was clearly explained throughout the process, which gave me confidence in the quality and compliance of the work.

Jonty & his team, Jason and Archie, recently carried out various electric jobs at our property, including a new fusebox. All work was carried out meticulously, with great care and minimal disruption. Overall, we were extremely happy with the work and would not hesitate to have them back for any additional work.

We have just had a ceiling fan fitted in our bedroom the electrician turned up promptly put dust sheets over the bed and flour. I was thinking we would have to move the bed but he assured me he would be able to manage with the bed in situ. Acouple of hours later job finished job done. I can honestly say when he went you woulden't know that he had been. From start to finnish the service has been faultless, but best of all you actually get to speak to a person rather than a answer phone and the one occasion I did leave a message someone returned my call within the hour.

Had some old led light’s replaced and a led strip installed to replace outdated lights on the shop floor. Always friendly and professional with work carried out to a very high standard. I will continue to go to Ogden & Harris for any electrical issues or upgrades.
