Out glue down parquet flooring was laid wonky & ended up needing to be completely lifted, the floor sanded & laid again. We ended up out of pocket for carpet cleaning, new smoke alarms & ceiling lights - not to mention the time or effort on our part to clean, let alone the stress that was caused. A job that should have taken 2-3 days, if it had been done correctly the first time, took two weeks. They even felt it necessary to make fun of me when my back was turned, luckily I have cameras.. Although the price was discounted at the end, I still would never use this company again.

Marvin was absolutely brilliant, responsive and quick to come out. He also advised we didn’t need to do any work as it was purely cosmetic. Honest and knowledgable. Will definitely be using him in the future.

The company could not have done any more for us, they came back to the property after we had been delivered the wrong amount of flooring. Beautiful job at a very reasonable price. Very polite staff and super helpful. We are over the moon with the gym flooring laid and will be using them again.
