Update: Following this review, the company offered us money to take it down. I think that sums up the company that they are. My wife and I are bitterly disappointed, frustrated and unhappy with the service we have received. We were most disappointed that no one brought up the project coming in massively over budget until we had to say it to Roger and Tracy. They have acknowledged in subsequent emails that they knew budget was of upmost importance to us, yet it was still mentioned by no one until we said something and even then it felt like nobody really understood. Extremely poor customer service

If this indicates the project coming in over their budget range, customers can review and change specifications to meet their budget, or alternatively wait until they can afford their ideal outcome.
We can understand disappointment you may feel that costs were over your budget. Refresh exists to support homeowners in these decisions, reducing risk of budget blowout during a build. We won’t promise a price for a project we know cannot be achieved, and that can only be understood after our first stage.
