New windows , french doors and front door
Very helpful ,informative, friendly sales person. The order was organised efficiently, without a long wait, and fitted expertly when expected.
3 front windows installed
Very responsible and trustworthy - Andy happened to call at the door, and kindling arranged to visit again the next day to measure and quote for the new windows. William surveyed and took accurate measurements and then the excellent quality windows were ordered, customer made. The 2 fitters arrived at 10am and carried out a splendid job, placing dust sheets through the house and not creating hardly any dust - totally impressive team effort, would recommend anyone to ask them for a quote
Patio door 4 windows

New composite front door, windows and patio doors
Excellent work completed and great value for money. The workmen were really informative, worked around us as best possible and couldn’t ask for better. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an excellent job done at reasonable prices
Replacement of all windows and doors including a sliding patio door.
Johnny was our main guy with help from Will when a two person job was required. Johnny was dedicated and methodical, and made it clear he wouldn't be happy with anything less than the standard he would expect in his own home. I was kept updated with any issues and the reason behind them. The replacements have made a huge difference to our home, and Johnny was able to fix any "bodge jobs" done by the fitters with the previous owners, which I was not surprised to head about based on other work we have had to. Thank you!

From start to finish, all in involved were professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Johnny the fitter was working as if he was working on his own house.
Back Door Replaced
Excellent service as always from OHI. Andy is honest and lets you decide what you want, no sales pushing. William is always helpful, he was able to measure up during an evening appointment which is great as we work full time. Johnny the fitter is punctual friendly and has a lot of pride in his work. He made sure the finishing touches were just right! He even matched the bottom sealant to our kitchen floor colour. Thank you all at OHI. Highly recommended and will definitely use again!
New windows and doors to the whole house
Extremely pleased with the whole process from start to finish. They took extreme care in every room of the house and were so careful when replacing the windows. Very clean and tidy with no making good to do afterwards. Would highly recommend them.
Appointment not kept
Having agreed with Andy of Oxfordshire Home Improvements that he would visit an address on an agreed date and time he did not show up or leave a message. This was potentially a large project and he has lost his company business. Very unprofessional
