We always receive a prompt reminder every year to ensure we don't miss out on safety certification of the stove. Booking is straightforward and it's easy to arrange a convenient time. OJB arrived on time and carried out the agreed work with real attention to cleanliness in our lounge. Not a speck of mess was left and it would be impossible to tell that anybody had been there.
