Olly was great, great communication, he was on the case immediately, provided a cost and attended the next day to fit the replacement light for us, he even worked it around our working hours, top man! I contacted OJK to move and replace a light fitting for me. Olly couldn’t make it on the day he said as he was caught on site at a job. He made sure to come as soon as he could on another day which is spot on as we all know sometimes things take longer than we think or escalate. We had a relatively urgent electrical issue, and Ollie was kind enough to fit us in at short notice. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem, and sorted it out efficiently. Everything went super smoothly. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. Job location: OX14We had new lighting throughout the house, new distribution board, bathroom and dressing room LED’s installed and exterior patio lighting.
