Advise on hot water tank and repair boiler.

Leak in rising main
Discovered we had a leak in our pipework this morning. Clive arrived within 15 minutes of our phone call, sorted out our leak and recommended that he replace the whole pipe, which we will book him in to do. Brilliant service from Clive, as usual. New central heating water pump
Clive responded to my 'emergency' call very promptly, he arrived within 90 minutes, assessed the requriement, then was able to source the parts the same day and returned early the same evening to fit the pump. We were really impressed by Clive's responsiveness, professionalism AND EXCELLENT workmanship. Emergency work due to burst pipe
Clive was brilliant, we called at 8am on a Saturday morning due to a burst pipe and he was with us within 30 minutes, isolating the problem, replacing the problem tap which was under the floorboards. Clive had to cut some floor boards to access the problem, he cut the bare minimum needed to access the area and fix the problem and left everything as neat a possible when he finished. The sound of the saw was a little worrying from the other room but we could not have been happier when we saw work done. Hot Water Tank Repair
Clive came out to look at a leaking hot water tank at very short notice and rather than immediately recommend an expensive tank replacement as many would have, Clive persevered until he had fixed the leak - 2 months on the repair is holding well!
