We recently had a new boiler and cylinder fitted by Old Town Plumbers in our very old and tricky house, and we’re really pleased with the whole experience. Tom, Tom, Sean and Harvey were brilliant from start to finish. They were friendly, polite and kept us informed every step of the way, explaining everything clearly and answering any questions we had. Their knowledge and experience really showed. Nothing was too much trouble, and they always took the time to make sure everything was done properly! Would 100% recommend!

I don’t know if this is the same in all houses but in ours, nothing is ever simple! Tom and his team are honest, reliable and professional. Their work is of a very high standard and they have a pragmatic approach to what needs doing. They persevere when they encounter problems and don’t leave the job until it’s sorted. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Hello, I called the Plumber this morning and by lunchtime I had two very polite charming plumbers came out and they went instantly to the cause of the problem and resolved all the issues rapidly. Thank you very much.

I contacted Sean through recommendation and he came out the next day to inspect the job. I had a new pump fitted and a new hot water cylinder changed within 2 days. Tom was super efficient, friendly and very well mannered. The house was cleaned and tidied and all rubbish taken away. I have found myself a new plumber :-)

Another great job completed by Tom and his team. Friendly and efficient work completed. They fixed and replaced shower tray and wall panels in our en-suite bathroom and the work was completed to a high standard.
