Attentive and reliable
Sent a text to Oliver - we have used his services before and have him as a contact on our phone. On this latest occasion, we arrived back at our Lodge Sunday Evening and found that the Emersion Heater wasn't heating - there had been a few Electrical power outs in the area. Oliver responded immediately and said he would be with us later the next day. When he came he recognised the issue straight-away and rectified the problem quickly. We have always found Oliver attentive, and experienced. EV charger supply, installation and commissioning
Prompt responses to my questions, visited the site to discuss and agree the installation details, turned up on time and agreed a few changes then proceeded with the installation very efficiently and professionally. 1st/2nd fix wiring for new kitchen/utility and cloakroom
Both Oliver and Will were extremly polite, courteous and professional. They came with a "can do" attitude and nothing was too much trouble even when we kept adding on extra's such as wiring and fitting external lights etc. They were more than happy to give advice and guidance when asked for and often offered more cost effective solutions, including procuring any necessary parts as required They worked long hours to meet the deadlines required, despite all the extras we requested and always left the work area spotless. 10 out of 10 Would highly recommendVerified reviewerJob location: LA16
