David the man I booked the appointment with failed to come because he forgot to put the date in his diary. I made another appointment with him for today 14th and he failed to come because he put the wrong date in his diary. When phoned he said we had better call it a day. I am very upset because I wanted to use the company but Iam not impressed with the service I received.
