Brillant company going above and beyond to solve damp problems
Ian from Olton Damp proofing came out gave us a quote for the work, and came out and did the work and went above and beyond as it wasn't straight forward as another company didnt detect a leak. Ian came over weekends and on his week off to get the issue sorted can not praise the company enough and would highly recommend. Damp survey and report
Chris was efficient, trustworthy and provided great communication, allowing short notice, due to my lenders asking for this prior to mortgage approval, to go and do the damp survey and provide a report right before Christmas, arranging key collection and drop off with estate agents as they were unable to meet him there due to time constraints. I have been praised from my mortgage brokers for the efficiency in providing required information to them. treating floorboards to prevent dryrot
