Though it was an usual request, James happily went to the estate agent to pick up the keys to a property I'm purchasing, to check the boiler for me, as the owners didn't have a recent safety certificate. He made us feel reassured that we should proceed with buying the house and helped us in our decision. He was very helpful.

James and Ryan did a great job replacing old back boiler, cold water tank, water cylinder etc. They installed a new combi boiler in the loft to save space. Once the plastering was complete they returned to install radiators. All in all I'm very satisfied and will likely call on them again in future
