  Conservatory installation

  The conservatory was built, lots of discussions and thought put into it. It’s lovely … BUT … after installation there was a leak coming up from the floor. Had to keep chasing and chasing them to come and look, it’s been well over a year and half and still no one has come. Reception/front of house staff was great, bless they have to deal with the frustration of customers. The man in charge Derek still hasn’t responded. I can see now how the reviews are getting lower ratings. Seems to build, get their money then you hear no more from them.

  Replaced every window and front and back doors

  Everyone involved in the job was professional and helpful. Communication was superb throughout. The job was completed within the given timeframes and the windows and doors are excellent. All mess was cleared up and taken away. Very nice team to deal with. Thanks to all!

  Replace roof, doors and windows on sunlounge

  We had a new polycarbonate roof, new UPVC doors and windows on an elderly brick/concrete/timber sunlounge. The job wasn't easy (there was pipework and electrical cabling to work around), but the work carried out, and the finish, is good. Derek made a few suggestions when he came out to quote, and then measure up, such as changing one door to open outwards, which has proved helpful. The fitters were quiet, polite and friendly, and just got on with the work; a couple of issues were sorted out easily.

  Removed old aluminium patio door and fitted new upvc French door and side screens

  From survey to fitting all members of the team were courteous and knowledgeable. The door and side screens were fitted expertly. Thank you to Derek and Ian for a job well done. Would definitely recommend this Company

  Replacement windows and doors

  I had all windows and doors replace by Omega Lifestyle from Peterborough, the team was super quick, tidy and polite. Derek from Omega Lifestyle offer a great price and the product is fantastic. I never usually do recommends but on this occasion I was so impressed and we are now as warm as toast. keep it up guys.
