Repairing wifi signal in external office
10Verified ReviewI didn't get his name but the engineer who came was very helpful and courteous. He quickly identified the problem (some water from a recent storm had got in to an external connection) and resolved it, and then took me through the options to replace the router which had been damaged as well. Punctual, good communication and reasonably priced. Recommended.

I asked him to get straight on with it as, over other engineers I contacted, he was by far the most confidence inspiring. He did the work quickly and worked very neatly and kept the area tidy, cleaning and vacuuming up afterwards. I was very pleased with the final job, it was much better than I was expecting and I'm very happy with his service.
