  The Only Company We Trust With Our Home

  After speaking with several builders, Wayne was the first person we felt completely confident hiring. He is responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. He coordinated multiple trades, provided excellent advice throughout, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. We wanted someone we could trust to help us look after an older home long term, and Wayne has been exactly that. The workmanship has been outstanding, and we've already booked him for further work. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend One Build London.

  Large project delivered on time with no issues by really good guys

  Wayne and his team are great - the work is excellent, the price fair, and both his team and all the trades he brings in are really good. They demolised and re built our garage and also dis the same to most of the back of our house! We have had them back for a few small jobs and will certainly go back to them when we do the next phase of our work. Highly recommended

  Bathroom renovation and partial kitchen fitting. Partial rewiring.

  Wayne and his team were always prompt. We were under time pressure and they finished the work to a very high standard within our time frame. They were professional, tidy, polite and noninvasive. Helpful and did loads of extras for me without complaint. Will be using them for lift renovation and kitchen renovation 100%. Best contractors I’ve worked with.

  Single storey extension/kitchen/ground floor reconfiguration

  Great choice to use Wayne and his team for the renovation project and I'm really pleased not just with the fantastic results but with the whole process. The communication throughout was clear and I was really impressed with the attention to detail, and all the help, guidance and problem-solving that was given along the way. The work was as quoted and any additional costs that came up were discussed and agreed prior to starting. Everyone was really friendly, trustworthy and tidy throughout the project. Would definitely use One Build London again.

  Bathroom removal and fitting

  I’m very happy with the bathroom remodel they have done for me in my one bedroom flat. The bathroom looks amazing! The workmanship is fantastic and attention to detail. They were very considerate during the work and made sure they left the bathroom usable over the evening and the area clean for us. I would and have recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you again for such a beautiful bathroom!
