One Call Building Services (Herts) Limited was formed in 2013 by Paul Brennan with a view to provide an all encompassing building and maintenance service for property owners and users alike.
With over 35 years experience in the building industry working in new build, maintenance of existing, domestic, commercial buildings and structural repairs also working on major infrastructure projects nationwide.
One Call Building Services (Herts) Limited' s core business is the maintenance and refurbishment of both domestic and commercial buildings. Dealing with jobs of all sizes to meet the needs of our customers from dripping taps to complete refurbishments.
We have a team of time serviced trades men who are skilled in their field and always willing to offer advice.

Redo main and en-suite bathrooms
Very pleased with the result although it took much longer than I’d been told. Kris and George were particularly helpful as was Nicola in the office

From the first meeting with Chris who prepared the original estimate to Paul who managed the job, we have been pleased with the professionalism and standard of the work carried out by One Call. This includes the work done by Kris (Plumber), George (Tiler), Tony (Painter) and Roberto (Electrician). The support staff in the office Nicola and Teresa were very efficient and always a pleasure to deal with. We were also impressed with George on the day he came round to fit grab rails and hang pictures. He worked very efficiently and effectively, and was also very pleasant to be with.

Bay window re-construction
One Call did a great job of rebuilding our bay structure and installing the windows above and below. Eamonn led the team well, finished on time, right on budget and to a great quality standard. I will be using them again for sure.
